  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Customers outside the 48 contintental United States will be charged the ACTUAL cost of shipping. Since the (shopping cart) automatically charges the Flat-Rate charge, your order will not be processed if you live outside the 48 contintental states. You should call your order in using (985)687-0306. Shipping to all of the 48 contintental will be done by the most economical means between the following;(U.P.S. Ground, FedEx Ground, and U.S.P.S. Ground). Due to the fact that most of our products are Aerosol cans, they must be shipped via ground transportation.


  • International
  • Any order being shipped to an area outside the 48 contentintal must be made via telephone or other previously agreed upon means.


  • Return Policy
  • Customers will be charged for replacements sent prior to the receipt of any returned items. Credit will be issued upon receipt of returned items. Except in a case where Tower Air makes an error in shipment, or where the carrier damages the products during shipment, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. There will be a 20% restock fee charged on items returned for reasons other than Tower Air's mistakes.
